RUSTY 2: Agatha

Rusty had not been able to get Salena out of her mind. One Sunday, she drove and drove wanting to put some mileage on her new truck. She realized that she was heading north. Why north, she thought, and then she knew -- Salena lived in Maryland -- that was north. Fuck, no no no, she thought to herself. Rusty turned and went in the opposite direction. While getting gas, a woman pulled in on the other side of the pump. Then once again, she noticed the woman down the isle from her at a mini-mall store. Going two isles over, she saw that the woman had followed her.

"What?" Rusty asked when the woman approached and stood too close to her.

"You don't remember me do you?" the woman said lowering her shades.

"No. Who are you? Why are you following me?"

"We met briefly at a bar."

"Sorry, don't remember" Rusty said moving away.

"Why are you acting like I'm trying to serve paternity papers on you or something?" the woman said a little miffed that Rusty wouldn't give her five minutes. But that last remark made Rusty laugh.

"Not likely. I would remember doing you. Unless I was drunk and I don't get drunk."

"I'll take that as a compliment. As I recall, you were pretty popular there, with the men and women. I wanted to get your phone number but you were never alone. And unless, I'm drunk, I think you're lacking some equipment. Um, do you live around here?"

"No, just out for a drive."

"If you're not in a rush, maybe you'll join me for dinner."

"Are you married."

"I was for three years, separated for five and now divorced.

"Do you have a boyfriend or girlfriend?"

"No. Should I be asking you these questions?"

"I'm single. Where and when?"

"Well, how about now. I'm not going to invite you to my place because we're still almost strangers. What are you in the mood for -- steak, chinese, seafood, pizza?"

"I'm not choicy. You pick."

"Well I hope you are choicy in some things. By the way, my name is Agatha Winters."

"I'm Rusty Bolton" the taller woman said.

"You're kidding. Rusty Bolt."

"When I was a kid, running around bareback, my hair looked red in the sunlight. I'm glad somebody called me Rusty instead of Sandy."

The two woman were sitting in the pizza parlor at the mini mall. They ate pizza, talked, got better acquainted. When they finished eating, they exchanged phone numbers. Agatha was the only woman that Rusty had spent time with since Salena had gone back to Maryland. The house and cell phone was constantly ringing with woman trying to contact Rusty. She didn't have a steady girlfriend, preferring to play it loose and not get serious with any one woman. She was tired of being with women who sexed her and still maintained that they weren't gay. There had been a couple of women after Josephine that she tried to have a relationship with, but it didn't work out. Family pressure had ended both. Some irrate women left messages that was too embarrassing for her mother to hear much less repeat. So she got a cell phone and changed the number of the house phone. But somehow, a few females that she had 'dated' got the new number and were calling too often asking her out. She was more selected about giving out either phone number now. But she liked Agatha and wanted to see her again. Two weeks passed before Agatha called. They met for lunch on a Saturday and spent the rest of the day together. After browsing in two thrift stores, Agatha stopped at a video store and rented two movies. Then got a pizza to go.

"Make yourself comfortable Rusty. I'll be right back" Agatha told her before going into another room of the apartment. When she returned she had the pizza on a platter, hot from the micro, two wine glasses and a bottle of wine. They watched one rented movie, well some of the movie. Half way through it, they were making out on the sofa.

"Rusty, I wasn't planning on this, so I don't have anything" Agatha said regretfully pushing Rusty away.

"I wasn't either, so didn't bring anything. Damn. Okay, let's just finish watching the videos" Rusty said adjusting her clothes. Agatha pulled her bra back over her breast and buttoned her blouse. For a while they did try to focus on the movie but the arm around Agatha's shoulder was keeping her from cooling down. And the hand that she had on the other woman's upper leg, was keeping Rusty from focusing on the movie.

"Um Rusty, couldn't we ... keep our clothes on and..."

"You want to dry hump me?" Rusty smiled. She hadn't did that in a long, long time. At least not to completion. These days, it could start off with a covered or bare leg between the thighs, but penetration absolutely took place before conclusion.

"This is our first date, but I do want you right now. I mean..." Agatha was saying before Rusty was on top of her. Their lips met but as before, not their tongues. But even so, it was a fiery kiss. And before too long, their thighs were pressing into needy places. Agatha's dress hem went higher and higher until it was at her waist. When she tried to unsnap Rusty's pants, she was stopped.

"The panties stay on agreed?" Rusty panted. Agatha nodded and pulled Rusty tighter. /E2\(c)Salty2008

The Agenda-Civil Rights

Support for the LGBT Community: While we have come a long way since the Stonewall riots in 1969, we still have a lot of work to do. Too often, the issue of LGBT rights is exploited by those seeking to divide us. But at its core, this issue is about who we are as Americans. It's about whether this nation is going to live up to its founding promise of equality by treating all its citizens with dignity and respect. Federal law should not discriminate in any way against gay and lesbian couples. ... young & old, rich & poor, democrat & republican, black white hispanic asian native american gay straight disable and not disable ... we are and always will be the United States of America. --Barack Obama, (More)
